What we ship
Physical products purchased by Attack Your Day which include workbooks, audio, books, audio and dvd’s.

When we ship
We make every effort to process orders within 24-48 hours. This depends on inventory. If your item is out of stock you will be notified by email.

Where and how we ship
We ship globally using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Standard shipping is ground. You have the option for expedited shipping.

Tracking your order
When available, you will be issued a tracking code.


Downloadable Products
If purchasing a downloadable PDF, Audio, or onDemand product, download links are emailed to the email address you provide during purchase. Most Downloads and OnDemand products are delivered automatically by email or sent within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated during purchase.

Webinars are conducted online using Gotowebinar.  All webinars are conducted live and are ometimes pre-recorded for immediate viewing online. Registration and instructions for attending webinars are emailed to the email address you provide during purchase. In the event you have a scheduling conflict, you can reschedule at any time by contacting

onDemand Training
Videos, audio, and pdf workbooks and exercises are delivered online. Once the product is purchased, an email with a unique username and password is sent for immediate 24/7 access. Video content is viewable online. The audio and video transcripts can be downloaded. Your subscription to onDemand training will last 90 days, (1 calendar quarter) and does NOT automatically renew.

Onsite Workshops
We conduct in-person “on-site” workshop at your office location. Onsite workshops are typically 1/2 day (3-4 hours) or 1 full day (6-7 hours). Workshops are customized based on a pre-assessment call to ensure we achieve your training goals. These workshops are ideal groups of 15 or more. Request a proposal.

Onsite Workshop Travel
Clients are responsible for reimbursement of travel, lodging and ground transportation for onsite workshops net 15 days.


What can be returned?
Any shippable product can be returned that is purchased from our website, or ordered by phone.

Downloadable products, webinars or ondemand videos are covered by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reasonn you can request a full refund within 90-days.

When do items need to be returned?
Product must be returned within 90-days from the shipping date to qualify for a full refund, less shipping.
